We are back! After two years of absence due to the outbreak of COVID-19 we are keen on meeting you again at our next series of Malta Residence, Property Investment and Relocation Seminars.

The seminars offer information about Malta’s EU Residence programmes as well as insights into real estate investment opportunities in Malta.

Jeremy Debono| Partner at EMD

Jeremy was called to the Bar in the year 2000. He was conferred with the degree of Bachelor of Arts in Legal and Humanistic Studies from the University of Malta in 1996, graduated as a Notary Public in 1997 and was subsequently conferred with the degree of Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) in 1999 after successfully defending his thesis titled ‘The Legal Implications of Act XXI of 1993 vis-à-vis Real and Personal Rights’. As part of his practice as a partner at EMD Advocates, Jeremy assists various clients, both corporate as well as private clients in local and cross-border issues. Over the years Jeremy practiced in the legal areas related to family law, immigration, iGaming, real estate, debt collection and contract drafting.
